Binding Member Agreement • 2026 Edition

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding contractual covenant between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and ACR Poker ("the Room", "We", "Us"). By creating an account at play-acrpoker.com/login/, funding your balance, claiming bonuses, or participating in cash tables, Sit & Go's, and guaranteed tournaments, you unreservedly agree to abide by every clause herein.

2. Player Eligibility & Age Verification (18+)

Participation on ACR Poker is strictly limited to individuals who meet both of the following statutory thresholds:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your specific country/state of residence, whichever is greater).
  • You are legally permitted to access digital real-money gaming environments under the municipal, state, or federal laws of your current geographic location.

Underage wagering is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately frozen, all active bets nullified, and all deposits refunded or confiscated in compliance with regulatory mandates.

3. One Account Policy & Profile Integrity

Each player is permitted exactly one unique account across the entire ACR Poker network. Creating secondary alias accounts, operating shared screen names, or transferring account logins between multiple human players is strictly forbidden. Any duplicate accounts identified by our automated device fingerprinting matrix will be immediately terminated, with related tournament registrations disqualified.

4. Zero-Tolerance Bot & RTA Prohibition

ACR Poker enforces the strictest security countermeasures in the online gaming sector. The use of any of the following software aids will result in immediate permanent banning and balance forfeiture:

  • Automated Poker Bots: Software that executes betting decisions without direct, real-time human mouse or touch input.
  • Real-Time Assistance (RTA): Dynamic solver calculators, automated equity engines, or Nash Equilibrium tools that advise players while a hand is actively in progress.
  • Chip-Dumping & Collusion: Intentional losing of chips to transfer funds between players, soft-play against friends at cash tables, or team-play during tournament stages.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Crypto Clearance

All financial transactions are conducted through our secure cashier interface:

  • Cryptocurrency Cashiering: ACR Poker supports 60+ digital assets (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, Litecoin, etc.). Crypto deposits require 1 network confirmation. Withdrawals are processed 24/7 with zero platform fees.

  • Players are granted 60 calendar days from initial deposit to clear bonus funds before unreleased promotional tranches expire.

7. Tournament Cancellation & Rollback Protocols

In the rare event of severe network disruptions or unforeseen server downtime during active multi-table tournaments:

  • Pre-Money Cancellation: If a tournament is cancelled before reaching the paid prize tier, remaining players receive their entry fee and service fee refunded in full.
  • In-the-Money Cancellation: If cancelled after reaching the money, the guaranteed remaining prize pool is distributed based on chip count proportions among surviving competitors.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are interpreted in conformity with international commercial gaming standards. For any dispute regarding hand outcomes or tournament payouts, hand history logs from our central server represent the ultimate evidentiary authority.
