1. Jurisdictional Legality & Member Responsibility
The access to and participation in real-money poker cash tables, multi-flight tournaments, and virtual casino games offered through play-acrpoker.com may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries, territories, or local administrative districts.
It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of every prospective or registered member to independently ascertain the legal status of online gaming within their jurisdiction. ACR Poker does not warrant or represent that accessing our platform complies with local laws in any territory where digital gaming is prohibited by statutory code.
2. Financial Risk & No Guarantee of Profit
Wagering real money, whether denominated in fiat currency or cryptocurrencies (such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT), entails inherent financial risk. You may lose some or all of the money you deposit into your account:
- Poker is a game of skill influenced by statistical variance. Past winning performances or tournament cashes provide zero guarantee of future profitable outcomes.
- Virtual casino slots, roulette, and crash games operate strictly on mathematical house edges governed by certified Random Number Generators (RNG).
- Members must never deposit funds that are essential for basic living expenses, housing, medical care, or debt obligations.
3. Responsible Gaming & Player Helplines

4. Certification of Random Number Generation (RNG)
Card distributions and casino slot reels on ACR Poker are powered by hardware quantum random number generators. All shuffling algorithms are routinely tested and certified by independent auditing institutions, including iTech Labs. ACR Poker employees, ambassadors, and software architects possess no technical ability to predict, alter, or manipulate hand outcomes.
